Game freezing/ not responding

I updated Alphabetty three days ago and now it freezes on startup. I do not want to lose my progress so I have not uninstalled and reinstalled. Running on Samsnung tablet, android 8.1.0

You Can Try this

1) wait for it to fix itself

2) try to debug it with help from @Crazy Cat Lad

3) experiment on your own

some experiments you can try:

1) try another browser

2) try another device

3) try using gameroom

4) try your mobile device on another wifi(i.e. Starbucks)

please post back if it fixes itself ... or if one of the experiments is successful
