My whole inventory is gone
I had to reinstall the game because of a bug and when I signed back in, my whole inventory was gone. This never happened to me before and all the boosters I had are now lost. How can I fix this?

Level 2561 Diamond Diaries
I have beaten Level 2561 in Diamond Diaries over 4 times and it goes through letting me know I won and then it kicks me off the game. It is a continuing cycle even when I completely shutdown my tablet and go back and reopen the game, it doesn't move past that level.
