Lost all power ups
You keep trying to get people to save progress. I finally did it and it was ok for a couple of days but now when I go on I’ve lost all my power ups and I had a lot built up. I’m back down to 1 each. If I had known that would happen I would never have created my profile!

unable to claim an endless chest again
I was able to claim multiple taps of the chest once I achieved the 12 "pawsitive" badges to get in, but today (Friday 16th Dec 2022 6pm NZST) it will not open despite have more than enough points. Can't find settings
I am trying to transfer my progress to facebook. King's instructions say to log in to king.com and then click on "settings" in the upper right corner. When I log in to king.com there is no "settings" in the upper right corner---or anywhere I can find. Any help???? tia
