My account shows a different name
I just came back to the game, and I have it linked to my Facebook profile, and for some reason it shows my profile picture but a different name, and on the app, I try to reach cx service but it does not load anything on that end. I have already delete and download again but its still the same. Any advice or what should I…

Can't find settings
I am trying to transfer my progress to facebook. King's instructions say to log in to king.com and then click on "settings" in the upper right corner. When I log in to king.com there is no "settings" in the upper right corner---or anywhere I can find. Any help???? tia

Why am I not getting the prizes on the bonus rounds? Help!
I’m just noticing the last couple days, but probably longer. I play the bonus rounds where you get extra prizes for each star. I have 6-8 times that I’ve gotten 2&3 stars and have received Nothing! Especially frustrating when I’ve used gold bars to get extra moves and passed level with 3 stars and nothing. Problem 2).…

No longer getting free lives or beans
I’m having issues receiving free beans and lives from farm friends. I’ll see a message and it’s a life from myself (which of course doesn’t count). I’ve updated my app, uninstalled then reinstalled, and cleared cache. It’s happening on both devices which are both IOS devices with updated versions of firmware. Any advice?
