I hope we do get some sort of update ASAP as I feel in limbo with this issue right now & down about it & I've not had to wait anywhere near as long as @TheCatLady has!

Hi @Marianne321 I spoke to the community moderator, unfortunately there isn't any news right now because the team working on it don't know themselves.
Despite what other players think, its not just a simple issue of transferring the game from one format to another. There are enough problems that it has a team of its own working just on that. She is trying to get us any updates, but with them based in different area's and being different departments, its not always easy. I know that is not what you want to hear but at least you know they are taking it seriously and you are not just being brushed off.
Thankyou for answering so quickly. :) Thought I'd ask on the off chance that just maybe there was some progress to tell us. Just wish there was some sort of time frame estimate to share as they've already been working a month on this problem which is an awfully long time.
I was wondering if you personally think it will takes months to sort or think it sooner? You are a Superstar on here & will know how long previous problems that have arisen have taken... did any other problems take this long to sort or much longer?
I honestly cannot tell you how long it will take, because it depends how deep the issue is so I would hate to guess as I haven't a clue. If its coding has tangled up, then it would be a matter of untangling. If the code was broken, because the code is older over there, it might have to be broken down piece by piece to make sure it gets fixed permanantly and isn't just a temporary bandage then break again. I know its frustrating, and if we had a definite answer it wouldn't be so bad, but we just don't 😭 Its all different departments but the CM has said that the kingsters are wanting answers for us too, as obviously its affecting players massively. That's always priority. I hope for your sake its sooner rather than later though.
The CM also said King.com is here to stay which is a good thing as a couple were worried 😀
It has been happening for about 2 months. I can play the prior levels but not the one I should be moving onto. "Something went wrong. Please reload!" has not been resolved as stated. Also as stated in other comments, it does not matter what browser I play on but I do play from the king.com site. Must be my user ID. Refuse to use Facebook - thank you very much for allowing me to play your games without being on FB
@ninininin You say it has been for two months. Not that problem that are now. The problem that are now have been since february 4. But it was another problem in january and that one was solved then this one turned up.
There is a problem on king.com that some levels don´t work. There is no answer when it will be fixed.
There is a special thread about that. Farm Heroes Saga keeps telling me to reload on king.com REPORTED TO THE STUDIO:
