I'm the only one who plays on King.com in my house. So am not sure about asking for the app to be installed either & still worry about it getting messed up. So for now am going to wait & hope it gets sorted soon especially since King.com have already had a month to work on it.

I know Farms Heroes Super Saga isn't the same as Farm Heroes Saga which is the much better one IMO, but at least it is another game based on the original you could try until the original is fixed. If you do decide to play it please let me know what you think of it? :)
@TheCatLady Also thank you for the thanks & you can play the Farm Heroes Super Saga on the King.com platform & it's working. I've been playing that one today a bit too as I wait & when I get a Farm Heroes craving! :)

Have you followed these troubleshooting steps of this problem (Crashing / Freezing) but it's not worked on any King's Game? don't worry too! 😊
You can click on "Contact Us" here. You can find on the bottom of the Community page:
Then you make sure your email is correct, write your full name. After that, you choose a game if you have playing any King's Game, then you choose the platform such as phone or PC, you choose a topic is "Problem with my game" and subtopic is "Crashing / Freezing". (Here is my example as below) 👇
Finally you tell them "Why are you asking this problem?" and click on "submit".
So you wait for Community Team (but it has taken longer) until their team will answer and help you about this issue/problem while you receive your email. 😊

Could you possibly find out how the progress for fixing the problem is going? Could you please ask the King Team if they have a time estimate as to by which date they hope this issue will be fixed so we can play the game again on the King.com platform again?
I know you've said they are working hard to try solve the problem but am hoping for an update on how it's going & a possible estimate if they think it will take another week or month or two to sort? They've already had a month & saying they are working hard doesn't really tell me how long I may need to wait?

@TheCatLady follow this link here and if you contact the team, they might be able to tie your game up so progress is the same on both formats. 😀
@Marianne321 I have asked the CM and she will ask the studio for us but they might not be able to give us an answer. Just so you are aware, will get back to you if we hear anything 😉
@GROSLIER As your first post about you have problem whit level 1509. There are problem on king.com that some levels don´t work and yours are one of thoose. It has been since february 4. It´s no answer when it will be fixed.
There is a special thread about it. Farm Heroes Saga keeps telling me to reload on king.com REPORTED TO THE STUDIO.
That you can try are to play on ohter device. If you have a mobile you can download the app. Or if you have facebook try there. Otherwise just wait.
