Game freezes when opening the app! (FIXED🐝)!

Something very wrong...I can't play any level or extra level...the game crush 😫

Hello, seems I'm having all kinds of issues with Farm Heroes. The 123 Grow never resolved and kept resetting each time and now I'm not able to access the regular levels. Once the game is opened and I hit play, it takes me to the map but when I select my current level or any level for that matter, it's like a dead link, nothing opens. I've closed and reopened the game several times, abd restarted the phone. I updated to the current version as recommended over the weekend to help with 123 Grow (but it didn't fix). Am I the only one having these issues?

Hi there!

As I mentioned above, the developers are still investigating however, they believed the issue might be fixed now.

Could you let me know if you have checked the game lately and if it's working?

Are you not able to click on level 4219? Is it not reacting? Could you tell me steps by steps what happened if you remember?

@QueenB I'm not able to click on the current level and the toolbar disappears as soon as I enter the game so I can't play also the extra level

You will be happy to know the studio is already looking into this and what you can do in the meantime, is close the game app, open it again and you should be able to play.

Hello everyone, I hope somebody can help. The lower bar keep disappearing! I tried already everything! The game and the phone they are completely updated, I have plenty of space, I deleted the caches, I force to stop the app, I restarted my device a few times, but nothing is changing, I can't do anything in the game, all is froze, the bar disappear and I can't press anything. I am desperate, customer care doesn't help, they keep giving me the same answer, I tried everything and I don't want to delete and reinstall the app because I have lots of booster and also, every time I do (I already did several time in the past) it's so hard to riconnect again to my account I don't know why.

Please, help! 🙏
