We are sorry about the issue in your game, it happened to me last week and I lost all my boosters.
This is an effect ot the last game update 5.73, there is a thread about it:ย Issue under investigation lost boosters in the last update 5.73

I wrote to the Customer Support and I received a quick answer just after few minutes and all my boosters back!

First of all, we apologize for the trouble the new update is causing and know that the Studio is aware and working hard to improve this and make sure this doesn't happen again.
If you have lost your progress, you should try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE
If you have lost your boosters and or Gold bars or have not been able to successfully restore your game progress back, contact our Player Support Team through the game app like this:
When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:
Choose the following issue:
Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:
That's strange, I'll report that to the team in charge and thanks for flagging this ๐
If you have already contacted Support then great, just know that it can take up to 72 hours before you get a reply and, if you have already received an automated response, you can reply back with more details if you need to.

Hi.
I posted yesterday here that I'd lost all my boosters.... And I had quite a few! I also used the contact us as suggested with my user id number but I still haven't got my boosters back.
Could you please let us know what is happening? Are the boosters being returned individually when we post a message or use contact us or will there be an update which will replace them all and when will this be?
