I won't be able to talk to the Customer Support, as I am just a Moderator in the Farm Community. But, our Farm In-charge does, as she is a King employee and the Customer Service team are all Kingsters ๐ Moderators pass on all the details and information to the Community In-charge - about glitches and issues players are experiencing.
