I can't get rid of a Harvest Rush reward on my iPhone (doesn't occur on my PC). It pops up all the time and when I click on it to get the reward it says something about a lost connection. How do I get rid of it??

Just to confirm, are you saying that this image below is blocking your game and don't want to go away even if you try X it out?
Or have you simply just not been able to collect the rewards that showed up here and wondering how to get it?

We heard the update from our Farm In-charge that the freezing issue has been resolved! I will find out about the Harvest Rush pop-up!

The screen freezing has been resolved.
However, I cleared my cache, but that didn't help solve the Harvest Reward issue.

We had another farmer that is complaining about exact issue!! I was waiting for more details from them.
But, I will start with reporting both the issues from your game in the mean time👍️
Haven’t checked that yet however now I have a new problem. I can’t check for rewards or new events, when I click on the icon with the turnip I get this and it freezes my screen. The continue button doesn’t work.

I use an Android phone! Hence, not sure about the "settings"!! I know that it is a bit different to iPad though😅
Is there setting for "deleting Cache" (not data)? If so, please do that and see if it removes the glitch!

A whole new wrinkle to my Harvest Rush issue. Not only am I still receiving the original Harvest Rush pop up message, it is now showing up in my event section every day showing approximately 7+ hours left in the “event” when I click on it, it goes to give me the reward and of course I get the cannot connect to the Internet message. And then another screen pops up telling me that I need -1248 of apples. Please help!!
It has now been over a year since my original post and almost 4 months since the above post and there has been no resolution to this problem.
Unfortunately it seems that you are one of the very few players that has the issue and that is why its harder to solve. Usually a reinstall will make it go away but as you mentioned you have boosters, I can see why you are reluctant to try that,
I will have a word with my Co-mod @PummyRaj who was originally dealing with your issue and the CM to see if there is any change. Do you have many boosters?
I have over a million beans, around 1400 gold bars, and a screenshot of my boosters
The beans and bars are fine, its the boosters that you would lose.
I would advise though that you do not save so many as they take up storage space and can cause issues themselves. (more memory used) Plus if you do end up having to reinstall, you don't want to lose that many.

Hiya, just to let you know that I heard back from the team. They agree that reinstalling would be the best, however, they will not be able to replace all of your lost boosters. They could send 20 of each but as you have a lot that would entirely be your decision. Its harder when its just a few players and nobody else seems to have mentioned it for a long time. Annoyingly with technology and using devices and apps, sometimes random glitches can happen for no reason.
Otherwise only ignore it and keep checking for updates and hope that makes it go.
Once you collected the first reward, its no longer there, that is why the no connection message.
Will be keeping up the status quo, don't want to lose all my boosters.
