Farm heroes are not loading on the PC. The message appears: 'An error has occurred, and we are working to correct it. Try again later.' This has been happening for almost a week.

@Diamond Lim I am not sure if its lost in translation, but you don't download html5, that is the base king uses for the game that doesn't use flash. All browsers will be able to use it as long as they are updated and suitable š
Hello there @Vivard and good day to you. Understood that you are having issue playing the game in PC. I hope you have save your progress whilst playing the game.
I would recommend that you download different web browser other than Firefox to determine which browser works best for the game as different browser have diff. compatibility issue. I'm using Google Chrome (version 86.0.4240.75)Ā to play the game via FB and it works fine.
As suggested by Ms Diamond Lim, you may also consider downloading the game from Microsoft here for Win10.

Ok noted but dont worry we are investigating the issue on the browsers so hoefully will find the fix soon.
Google Chrome works only after downloading the Facebook gameroom, however I prefer to use Firefox.

Yes some other players have also reported the same but i think it was a temporary glitch so just restart your device and try again or use another browser to see if it helps you.

Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. š

@Vivard Hi and welcome, Please try clearing your browser cache and restart you device and then see if your issue is resolved, if not try a different browser or one in incognito mode and see if you still have the same issue. If it loads up the same first time just refresh page a couple of times to see if it does solve the problem. If not please let us know

As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips? EDIT I can't pick the correct question because your support website only shows the "Category" as lots of "Support" but nothing afterā¦
