@Vivard Hi and welcome, Please try clearing your browser cache and restart you device and then see if your issue is resolved, if not try a different browser or one in incognito mode and see if you still have the same issue. If it loads up the same first time just refresh page a couple of times to see if it does solve the problem. If not please let us know

Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. 😔

Hello there @Vivard and good day to you. Understood that you are having issue playing the game in PC. I hope you have save your progress whilst playing the game.
I would recommend that you download different web browser other than Firefox to determine which browser works best for the game as different browser have diff. compatibility issue. I'm using Google Chrome (version 86.0.4240.75) to play the game via FB and it works fine.
As suggested by Ms Diamond Lim, you may also consider downloading the game from Microsoft here for Win10.
