This has been reported to the studio so I'm just waiting to hear back which won't be until Monday! In the meantime, I recommend playing on a mobile device if possible as the mobile version is working as it should ๐

Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device? Have you tried any of the tips suggested above?
I have heard back from 2 other players that it is working when they tried to select another booster and deselect it then use +1 booster. So, please do try it ๐ It is the work around, till the Farm Studio team fixes this glitch.

am sorry you are stuck ... level 13 may be the worst place for the +1 to fail

one handy feature of FHS is that you can "purchase" 3 shovels with 250 beans
after the purchase give level 13 a try ... try to click on the shovel before clicking +1
am hoping the shovel button will be activated when you are asked to hit the +1
note ... most players have plenty of beans(which are rewarded each time a new level is completed)

i am still stuck and none of the suggested ideas work. i dont have the ability to play this on my phone, nor do i have other boosters to choose from ,so any further suggestions on how to get past this would be appreciated.

I remember that this โfreezing on the tutorialโ issue was usually on PC, but the App on mobile devices work fine ๐
You might experience the same when the next booster going to be introduced. I recommend you to play the game on your phone rather than on computer.
But, if my memory serves right, that glitch was ONLY with the Shovel and +1 bonus booster. Other boosters should work just fine ๐

for those who cannot change devices there is a workaround that might work(it worked for me)

I ended up working around the problem. I realized I had the game on my phone as well as my PC. On my phone I was on level 23 so I went ahead and signed into facebook on my phone and when I returned to my PC I was on level 23. This probably won't solve the problem for everyone but I was tired of being stuck.

If I understand correctly, the issue you are having is that, the bird (Choo Choo - the chick) wonโt leave the screen and you cannot close that pop-up window, right?

I am also having a problem on level 13. Before the level begins a little bird comes up and wants me to try the +1 button. I have clicked the button literally hundreds of times. I have clicked everywhere on the screen just hoping to get it to do something because if you do not click the +1 it will not let you play the level. Basically you are stuck. I play on a pc, through facebook running on microsoft edge.
HAVE DONE ALL THAT ALREADY. STILL DOESN'T WORK!

@BonnieLee4271957 ย Can you try selecting another booster (no need to use, just select and cancel), then try +1 again and see if it works?
I'm playing on the desktop. It started around level 1660 and has been going on for about a week. It let me use it twice, but I have tried 20 or 30 times. When I try to use it and it doesn't work, I don't lose anything.
ANY ANSWERS!!

I'm sorry if you have problems with the booster +1.
May I ask more details, the issue is when you click on the +1 button to get it while are you playing?
Did you update the game to the last version? Try clearing out the game cache or maybe even your device cache, turn off your device wait 5 minutes and turn on again the device.This will remove any old information that is stored up and hopefully it will fix your issue.
Could you please specify your type of device, Pc, mobile, Android or iOS, Facebook?

(1) Is it in the Daily Bonus OR
(2) The helping boosters of Bonnie?
One of my Facebook friends had asked me the same question! And, it was in the levels when she has Bonnieโs full power ๐
** If you are also wondering about the same, those +1 Bonus points will be added to the Cropsies on the board. You can notice that before you make your first move.
I usually use my Color Collector/Purple Dog booster to collect those Cropsies, so that I wonโt miss out those bonus points.
If this is not what you were asking, please provide more details like my friend asked โ which device you are using; when did this glitch started, etc.

I am also not getting my +1 booster (level 13) i am playing on a pc. this is the first booster, but when i click on accepting it, it doesn't add it to my game. please help.

Do you remember from which event did you get the +1 booster rewarded? Was it the Daily booster? Farm Pass?
Keep in mind that the +1 Bonus points will be added to your current game board.
So the next time you receive the +1 boosters and you open a level to play, some of the cropsies that you need to collect should already have numbers on them meaning the +1 reward has been added to your game. You will notice that before you make your first move.
Hope this clears out any doubts ๐
Just try and replay level 13 again, others have reported that they have to play the same level more than once to get the booster.
here are some test results for level 13:
king.com with the microsoft app on a PC ... the +1 seems to work
chrome windows 10 through facebook on a PC ... the +1 did not work on the first try
as suggested by @Grumpy_Old_Man ... the second try with chrome on level 13 the +1 did work

** Which level were you trying to play?
** When and how did you notice that +1 is not working?
** Were you able to take a screenshot before and after and while you trying to use that booster?
** What device are you using to play the game?

Question, when you say you haven't been able to use the +1, what do you mean? Do you select it while you are on a level playing and it doesn't add the points?
