I also have the game jumping and not staying in place. I play on the pc. I always click on the +1 at the beginning.

This has been reported to the studio so I'm just waiting to hear back which won't be until Monday! In the meantime, I recommend playing on a mobile device if possible as the mobile version is working as it should π

I'm playing on the desktop. It started around level 1660 and has been going on for about a week. It let me use it twice, but I have tried 20 or 30 times. When I try to use it and it doesn't work, I don't lose anything.

@BonnieLee4271957 Β Can you try selecting another booster (no need to use, just select and cancel), then try +1 again and see if it works?

I am also having a problem on level 13. Before the level begins a little bird comes up and wants me to try the +1 button. I have clicked the button literally hundreds of times. I have clicked everywhere on the screen just hoping to get it to do something because if you do not click the +1 it will not let you play the level. Basically you are stuck. I play on a pc, through facebook running on microsoft edge.

If I understand correctly, the issue you are having is that, the bird (Choo Choo - the chick) wonβt leave the screen and you cannot close that pop-up window, right?
Are you able to play now? Or is it still the same?
