🚫 Know Issue - Problems with Quests randomly shuffling and/or disappearing!

I am having the same issue. It happens to me both when playing on my Samsung Nook tablet as well as when I play on my Amazon Fire tablet. It is HIGHLY annoying when all the quests reset to new ones AND I lose any progress I have made on other quests because of the disappearance.

I have NO idea how to record it happening on either device. I never use the tablets for anything other than playing games and reading books. But it DOES happen almost every single time I try to get a different quest or cash in on one I finiished. And yes, if I have finished two at the same time, they both go away when I claim one and I only receive the reward of the one I click on, so basically I have to choose which reward I want more than the other because I know I will only receive one of them. It's actually making the quests more frustrating than fun.

Thanks for reporting the issues you are seeing when trying to shuffle Quests.

Know that the Farm Studio team is aware of this and currently working on a fix. We understand this can be annoying and we thank you for your patience while this is getting looked at.

We will keep updating these threads once we have more information!

Thank you @QueenB. I just wanted to say that I've been having the same problem for the last two or three weeks. If I complete quests and go to claim the rewards, the first one can be claimed and then the quests all reset. Even when I've only completed one quest, the timer has been resetting on all quests I do have a screenshot which I'll post now.

I am playing on a Kindle.

This happens to me too. If 2 quests are ready for collection, you only receive one and the other resets. Also when shuffling one quest, it changes all of them.

I'm still having this problem two weeks after my earlier post. I keep losing my rewards, apart from the first one I claim and I'm getting the same screenshot as above.

I completed two of the three quests. However, when I tap one of the two rewards to collect I receive the one i tapped but the other reward is reset and I am not able to collect it. Basically, if i complete all three quests I have to pick which reward I really want because the other two will be deleted. How do I fix this?

Just wanted to report that I'm still having the same problem as previously. In this case,I had completed two quests and, when I went to collect my awards, I managed to collect one, but both changed. So for months I've been missing g out in collecting magic brand or boosters. Here's my screenshot from 17 January 2022:

I have asked about an update just yesterday as I am also experiencing the same from last few months 🤔

So, the news I have received is that, the Studio team is still working on it and trying for a fix. Looks like it is going to some more time , I am afraid 😢 🙁

I had quests showing and almost completed one. Then they disappeared. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, everything and nothing fixes it. I won't buy beans or extra boosters, I use my beans for that. So, how can I fix it?

I did see these complaints few times.... the Quests would disappear for no specific reason! And, I too have experienced a couple of times 🤔

The only remedy I found that works is -- log out of the game and keep the App closed for 15 to 30 minutes, then log in. Sometimes, this trick works with just 1 try. Sometimes, we might have to log in & log-out 3 or 4 times.

You shouldn't have uninstalled the game though! Because, you must have lost all your saved boosters and they cannot be reimbursed by the King team 😕

@PummyRaj thanks!!! Th only reason I uninstalled it was because that's usually the only way it fixes it. I tried the sign out and wait as well. It's just frustrating, but I won't give up!!
