    We are sorry about the issue in your game, it happened to me last week and I lost all my boosters.

    This is an effect ot the last game update 5.73, there is a thread about it: Issue under investigation lost boosters in the last update 5.73

    I wrote to the Customer Support and I received a quick answer just after few minutes and all my boosters back!

    I just logged into my game and I am back to level 1 . All my boosters and gold bars are gone . I was on level 2975 or close to that . My ID No is different to what it was. My original ID No is 5773584126

    Its like I just downloaded the game and playing it for the first time . Just shattered 🚜

    I am just wondering... did you make sure that you are logged into the game with your account details? Sometimes, I find myself logged out of the game (without me doing that)! It is just a suspicion (and a silly oneπŸ˜…).

    I was asking you to check if you were you logged out or still logged in! The easier way to find that is...

    When you click on Profile button (on menu screen), you will see this πŸ‘‡οΈ window If you are logged in, you will see your name and image of our profile pic

    I am logged out. It’s like I downloaded the game for the first time. But I have been playing the game for about 6 years or so πŸšœπŸ”

    Also if I double tap the king icon it’s a totally different ID number

    I got the same problem after the update. All my boosters lost. My ID 5819717785. Please help me get it back.

    I have been playing this game for almost 7 years, I had nearly 100 boosters of each type. After the update everything was lost.

    I was at level 4013 and a notification popped up saying that there was an update to download. After downloading the update, it deleted my progress completely. What is the cause of this and I am not even sure that I have an account linked. This is insanity...
