I wanted to assure you that the issues with not being able to collect the Endless Chest rewards have been reported to the studio, and it is being looked at 👍
We know this is frustrating, and we know we will need to work on improving this new feature before making it available for everyone!
Thanks for your patience, and keep an eye on this thread which we will keep updating once we know more 😉

3. I haven't been able to find my user ID. It is not above my profile picture in settings. It logs in with my Facebook profile.

We've passed this on to the team, who are currently looking into it. We haven't been able to reproduce this, so we need some more details if you don't mind ☺️
Did the issue start after collecting some chests or from the first time you tried to collect the chests?
Are you playing while connected to the internet or offline?
@007jayc , which iPad version are you playing from?
When you hit the collect button, does it not react? If yes, have you tried hitting around the button, as it could be a graphical issue?
