Why can't i collect the final box? I press collect seweral times but nothing happens. I've done all requirements but still can't collect.

I wanted to assure you that the issues with not being able to collect the Endless Chest rewards have been reported to the studio, and it is being looked at π
We know this is frustrating, and we know we will need to work on improving this new feature before making it available for everyone!

We are sorry if you have a problem with the Farm Pass rewards. Did you try to reboot your device and clear the cache and your game is updated to the last version?
Can you specify your type of device, Pc or mobile, Android or iOS and can we have your game ID?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Treasure Chest of Farm Pass!!
In this screenshot you provided, the Treasure Chest shows number 1 on it and I believe those letters mean to "Collect"!!
Aren't you able to open the box when you click on "Collect"?
I have the same problem. Since today I canβt collect the chest. The last few days I had no problems. I already restarted my iPhone and just updated the game.

We got the news that they have fixed the issue! I checked my game and it is working fine!! Looks like some farmers are still having issuesπ
Can you please check which version of the App you have? If you see "Update", please install it and see if the feature works properly!
** If you find a new update, please log out of your game first, then update the App -- Then, log into your game again and see if you can collect any rewards!

I now have 58/18 but i cant collect anything. Why havent you fix this error yet? Last time i have to dubbel upp for collecting prise bu now dosent that even work.

UPDATE: They are investigating the issue! I will get back to you when I have any newsποΈ
I gather this hasn't been fixed. Last season, I was up to 80-something over 12 and couldn't collect. I'd hoped it would be different for this one. No such luck. It started out having to double up (24/12) and has continued.
My endless chest worked recently for a bit, then it went wonky again and now is not responding. So frustrating!

To add bit more to what my friend Miss Choo informed above...
The "Treasure Chest" at the end of the Farm Pass is a feature that is still in testing, and hence, only few players have it.
Unfortunately, most players who have the Treasure Chest are having this issue -- collect double the points than needed to collect the reward that's inside the box.
Once there are any updates, I will get back to follow-up with you! Until then, please bear with usπ
You're not the only one that has had that issue. I am just looking back through the threads in our mod areas to see if Pummy has asked our CM, but I cannot find anything regarding this particular one so I will raise it for you @Rauken π€ @Xxander
I have found that it seems to be an issue with past events and the studio cannot find out yet why its happening. So at least they will know its still continuing with this new one βΉ
I've done all 30 steps and have 23/12 paw prints, but still can't collect.

The last box is an extra.... I guess the number 1 is a glitch?!
But you have to pass some levels, to empty the chest again. When the number 1 get to 2 or 3, you are able to collect again. Untill the event stops. At least, thats my experiance. π
I think/guess @PummyRaj should be able to confirm "the bug/glitch". I didnt see a post/awnser yet.

Iβve collected all 30 rewards and Iβm at the Endless Chest but now the rewards are stuck and Iβm not receiving them. I have 15/12 and it says Collect but it does nothing when I tap Collect.

I have been having the same issue. I can only collect the endless reward when it hits 24/12, even though it says "collect" and has a little "1" with it (1 reward).

Did the issue start after collecting some chests or from the first time you tried to collect the chests?
Are you playing while connected to the internet or offline?
@007jayc , which iPad version are you playing from?
When you hit the collect button, does it not react? If yes, have you tried hitting around the button, as it could be a graphical issue?

Mine started from the first time I tried collecting. I am playing while connected to the internet. I have hit all around the collect button with no response. It will show what the prize will be if I hit on the little 1. I have tried when it says 12/12 and every amount I collect between 12 and 23 and the collect button doesn't respond.

The team has been investigating and can see that rewards from the chest have been added to your game, but we suspect the image is not showing this. The next time you have completed the chest and attempt to collect the rewards from the chest, check your booster inventory before and see if you noticed boosters being added.
In the meantime, we'll keep investigating π

I took a few screenshots to see if it loaded more boosters. It doesn't appear like it did.
1. Before playing a round
2. Opening a round (trying to take this screenshot booted me out of the game into just my camera so Bonnie's boosters are less).
3. Hit the Collect button (I forgot to look at what the boosters would be). The collect button "depresses" but doesn't seem to engage and display the next screen that shows what you won.
4. Opening a new round. None of the boosters have increased. I used one of the "+1" in the previous round.

I noticed yesterday that the chest won't open until I was up to 36/12. Currently I'm at 27/12 and I can hit "collect " but it doesn't respond with opening up the second screen showing the actual collection one.
