I can watch all videos for bonus items but I'm not connected to be able to collect event prizes or send lives. This issue is also with candy crush

Hi @treexe sorry to butt in here, but have you tried logging out and then back in again? I have had this before and sometimes (not always) it helps.

I did receive gold bars for finishing first or second in the race I get a no internet connection I can't send or receive any lives. When I finish a level same no internet connection in screenshot

** I understood that you are missing "Quests"!! Few months ago, the Farm Studio has removed the Quests to all players!! They did send them back but, looks like some of the farmers still did not receive the feature🤔 I will report about it👍️

It does not look like you have played this event!! Please play that to earn Magic beans and extra boosters. You can earn points for the Farm Pass and also Crystal Quests - with which, you will earn more boosters👍️
** I am sorry!! I did not understand what you meant by "Gold Bars are not updating"!! Can you please explain for me? Also, can you post a screenshot of your game map screen?
Same with "Lives" too!! What is happening when you try to send Lives? Are you talking about this issue in your "Team" OR from the "Heart" icon at the top left corner of the map screen?

I'm unable to get any rewards unless it's an ad. I'm unable to send or ask for lives, gold bars are not updating, the only time I get rewards is from watching the ads

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
My friends are missing. Team members can send me lives but I cannot send them. Help this is so frustrating .

Portuguese: Não deveria ter múltiplos toques entre um nível e outro, passou a fase, direto pra próxima! É chato demais ter que fechar várias telas entre um nível e outro. .. Tô quase desinstalando o jogo!
Hi I play Farm Heroes on two devices on my phone no problems but on my tablet when you click on the daily rewards it comes up with the usual tick & when you go to the game there is nothing there anyone else having this problem?
