Hi. I played Farm Heroes Saga for a while and I got a lot of boosters. Then I had to change my password because I forgot it. So, I had to log back in to my account and I found out all of my boosters are gone. Disappeared. See in the following screenshot. This is before I changed my password. (Look at the numbers of boosters.)

All of my boosters are gone. What the hell? I got those boosters very hardly and you guys deleted those boosters very easily? If all boosters are reset to zero every time I log back in or changed the password, it is so ridiculous. Please don't set rules like this. (I really hope that you could give me those boosters back.) Right now, because I lost all my boosters, I don't even want to continue to play this game.
Yeah, it always happens to me. When I reset my password and when I logout my King account on a device and log back in on the other device, boosters always disappeared. I don't even know how I should change device when this device I'm currently using is damaged (in the near future). That's one of the facts I don't like King's games (especially, Farm Heroes Saga).
The mobile device I'm using now is Xiaomi Pad 5 (Android based Xiaomi HyperOS).

Please check it. If possible, please give me back all of my boosters (which I've shown in the screenshot plus a "+1" booster - day 1 check in). And also please fix this bug of clearing up all boosters (not only in this Farm Heroes Saga, but also all of King's match 3 games) after account has been logged out or password has changed. I don't want to lose all of my boosters every time I changed password or logged out from one device and logged back in again on other device.

You have to contact the player support through your game app and explain what happened to your boosters.
Try to open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇
And then player Support and choose a Topic and explain your problem.
