    I have Mac and I have same problem.  I don't use a smartphone, I don't use Facebook, I don't use instagram or anything like that. I must stop trying to download Farm Heros Saga. :(

    I havent got an Iphone so .... how can we update the game? Any solution? is it a Flash problem?

    @stan1981. It's not because English is the international language that everybody in the world speaks english. The problem here is that nobody at IT support is fixing the issue whereas there are a lot of messages with this problem of loading the game. I have contacted the french IT support and I received an automatic reply which is absolutely of no help. There is a link that I have to click on if the issue is still not solved. In fact, nobody from King IT suort is doing anything to fix the issue. Thank you all, kee osting hundreds of messages, maybe somebody from IT support will finally read them and fix the issue.

    Hi, I have the same problem with : 
    1. Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10 
    2. Chrome and Mozilla Firefox  on Mac Catalina, 
    3. Safari on Mac Catalina. 
    However, the Flash is updated on both laptops and for all brownsers.

    So I think the problem is with King.

    I can't play for four days too ! 

    Please help us !

    Same problem here on a Mac. I don't use it on the phone, just on Facebook on the laptop.

    Since yesterday Farm Heros Sage refuses to start it loads 1/2 way then stops, I have checked Flash Player, tried Microsoft Edge, Firefox, & Chrome all the same loads half way and stops is anyone else having the same Problem

    OK this wouldn't be so bad but I'm on level 1917 and quite upset. Can't play it on any device
    Nothing from IT support. I guess they don't care
