Why do I not get the extra move award?

I have won several dozen extra move prizes in the last couple months (in the honey pot prizes with team and some daily awards). The button is NOT locked, they just never are added. I play on a PC through facebook. I read about unlocking it, followed those suggestions, but that didn't work. It just doesn't seem to be the problem. What can I do?

Thanks for reporting this but as mentioned before, extra moves gets added directly on your current level when rewarded. After winning the reward and you go to your current level and play, you will noticed the extra moves getting added but you have to pay attention as it happens fast.
Just to make this clear again, Extra moves and +1 bonus rewards are not rewards you can save to use later but it gets automatically added to your current level.

We've checked with support and there doesn't seem to be any issues with rewards. Keep in mind that any extra moves will be automatically added to your current level so it's not something we can save for later.
Also, the Honey Pot winner gets +1 Boosters in which the extra points also get added to your current level. The next time you win extra moves, grab a screenshot of the rewards and post it here so we can have a look?

I realized that I was not receiving all the beans I got and I started to write down how many I had and add up the ones won in the missions. I earn 500, 750, 1000 beans, but I get 50, 100 or even 150 less for each mission accomplished. In addition, when I use a mascot of 70 beans, for example, they discount 120 beans. You need to fix this.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I also have this problem of not getting the extra moves after the reward was given. I was awarded a few times on the extra moves previously but did not check. Today the honeypot bonus is done and got 2 x +5 moves but nowhere to be found. Any ideas? Am using facebook to play and cleared cache yet the extra moves did not appear.
