No Reward after completing quest in Farm Heroes Super Saga?

    I do not get any of my rewards after completing quests, anyone know how to fix this?

    Mark, for those of us who play on our laptops using the Facebook interface, can you please tell us how to obtain our player ID? The instructions that were linked in a previous comment are only for those players using mobile devices. It doesn't work for those of us who are not using the Farm Heroes Super Saga app. - Thanks

    Hi bigbearsgirl,

    In the settings menu on Facebook please click on 'Apps and websites'
    - from here you'll find the Farm Heroes Super Saga app and when you click it and scroll down it will show your Player ID :+1:

    i get the response that I have completed a quest.when i click to get it, get message no internet connection almost immediately.  
    It has happened on more than half of the quests I have completed for the last month.  i love the game, but not getting the quest rewards seems like poor programming.
    how can i not have internet connection when i have been playing the game and nothing else is not working well for internet connections loss.
    I work from home and connect to many different customer machines and other databases and applications all day long with no issues about internet connectivity.  but playing this game, i get the no internet connection.

    Hi @tazatha, yes it does seem strange that you are using the Internet but the game doesn't recognize it.  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so let's try that first.  Clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  Then click on one of the links below to complete the troubleshooting.  Please let me know if this worked for you and I will keep my eyes open here in the community to see if anyone else reports this.  It could be a new glitch starting.

    Can I please request you both to remove your email address from your posts?  The Community is a public forum and anybody can have access to it!!

    To remove it, press on the Gear / Cog wheel icon that is visible in top right corner of your message/post -->  Then, select "Edit" -->  Delete the email address -->  Press on "Save Comment".

    Hello @vikky, Hearty Welcome to the King Community :)

    The King has brought the "Quests" feature into FHSS game very recently and certain glitches and/or issues do arise when there are new things introduced.  To correct that glitch itself, the Community Manager @MarkHawk is collecting all the necessary data for the King team to look into the issue. 

    I am not playing this game regularly, hence I do not have any suggestions or advice at this minute!!  But, we should do our best to provide all the information we can so the Studio team can clear the glitch/issue for good =)

    Even-though, you are playing on PC, you too can provide your game ID through Facebook (Please let me know if you need any help with that)  This will be another point of the feedback for them to check it :+1:   Means, the issue is not affecting just the Mobile devices, but also PC device, and for King users as well as Facebook players.
