    Newbie
    For over a week, FHSS has been stuck on the blue "Loading" page. I check each day and it's the same story. Any one else having the same problem?

    Thanks @wendydavis, I need one more thing and that is your Facebook ID so we can locate your game records. 

    Here is how you can obtain it:

    1. Click on the arrow in the top right of Facebook and select “Settings”
    2. Click on “Apps” on the left
    3. Search the list and click on “Farm Heroes Super Saga”
    4. In the section “Get help from App Developers”, select your user ID

    I am having the same loading issues as everyone else.  Using laptop with Windows 10, playing through Facebook.  My ID:  1170944483

    My ID is 10209670829791977. It's the same issue -- unable to load on Windows 10 PCs through Facebook.

    Thank you all for helping me with the details 🙏

    I've reported this to the Studio so they are going to investigate this. I'm not sure how long this will take as they need to collaborate with Facebook so in the meantime, keep playing on a mobile device if possible.
