why is level 1719 locked? There are no instructions on how to unlock-are there no new levels? The fox head is over the locked level

Swiping issue on iPhone XR
I recently got an iPhone XR and the game is often not working when I’m trying to move pieces on the edge of the game. I updated the app and updated my phone to the newest software and even took it into Apple but there is no solution. Anyone else experiencing this?
