Thanks Lynette,was a pain in back side but once i got a wire cutter it was easy,thats what was needed,im a few levels up now since then,,,lol,1670 odd,,

Removing Pet Rescue, clearing the cache and re-adding it did NOT solve the problem.

sure did not..... and different browser did not either..... guess i will have to delete it..

nothing they tell you to do fixes anything,,,,I can play the main game,one of the daily events,one where you must clear the board,,I cant help pals when stuck,i get black screen,critter carnival one of those levels is black screen,BUT always after ive beaten it,,,,also weather alert one as well,level 3 of that black screen,,being my Fav game it really peeves me off,I used to be able to help pals,ive done so in the past but not the last 2 weeks at least

I have recently had issues with the black screen on the mountain and on the island. Last week I could not get into the island at all. Today I got to level 5 and then black screen. The mountain worked twice but not afterwards. This is really sad as I play everyday and am on level 3299. Not much fun when you can't earn the tools you need. I tried to play in the Edge browser and it did the same thing. I have emptied my cache and done all I can. I hope that you can fix this.
