Hi and Welcome to our Community
The black screen issue is being looked into, meanwhile please try another browser. It seems to happen mostly on Google Chrome only.
Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.
Make also sure that the browser is up to date

I went to play my game and entered 3240 and I can not get into the game the screen is black. It has done this before but usually I go into a previous level and play it then go back into the level I am on and it usually clears up. But this time it is not clearing up, been like this all day. I am using Opera, tried it on google same thing, explorer same thing, so has nothing to do with browser. Download still does it so what else can be done? Is there another way to fix this issue that has been on and off for a few weeks now?

Sorry cannot help as having same trouble did the same thing after it gave me free hours to play and now it is telling me to reconnect, but I am connected. If they don't want players to play free hours don't give it.

That might be all good and dandy for you to give me that but I cannot play the game or is this what one has to do to get to play if so shove it. Plenty of other games to play.

This issue is still under investigation and hopefully being fixed soon.
Meanwhile, please play on another browser. It seems mostly happen in Google Chrome, so try any other of the supported browsers Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Edge.
If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft Store here and play via the Windows app instead.
Please also note that Microsoft no longer supports their old systems Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Therefore we recommend to play on Windows 10 to guarantee that the game works.

Tried all that still same issue, Blank Screen when to go play my next level. Cleaned cache , cookies, defraged, cleaned temp files, errors all of it. I play on Opera, so tried on Google and Microsoft Edge, get same results screen blank. Yesterday because of glitches I lost cash on the the Critter Circus game. So I am done, there have been so many problems the last month on here, you need to fix this game

Hi, My game loads but when it gets to play screen it goes Black, all other king games working OK, any suggestions, I have reloaded, refreshed, loaded from another site not luck.

I have the black screen problem also. This is my second plea for help of some kind. I have been playing this game for several years but I guess I will have to qut now.
