Hi, problem crashing with summer petopia

Please let me know how I can remove summer petopia from my pet saga. As I would rather just play levels and not have the game crashing every time I open the app.

I am sorry your device is having problems, for advice on what to do have a look at this post here: Game having crashing or loading issues!

It cannot be removed until the Petopia event is over.
What device are you playing on?

This means I cannot play pet rescue for the next 20 something days that is ridiculous
My ipad is an iPad Air that is about 8 years old.
I am disappointed that something I cannot use is messing up my game

Hi Lynette, thank you for this but I had already checked and my iPad is up to date.
shouldn’t it be possible for me to choose if I want to play this petopia with a warning for older tablets users, so this problem can be avoided in future
I think this needs to be looked into not presumed everyone will want to play

After the above being sorted thank you. You have now added grow a pet and this has caused crashing again!!!!!!!!!!!
Why do we need grow a pet when we have petopia. And why can we not stop it. This is ridiculous.
