It still crashes after following the logout, turn off, and log in directions.

Are you talking about the black screen? If so, I got that this morning too…… other than that, that’s the only type of crashing I get.

Asking again after original post on 18th October. Please remove Halloween Petopia. It causes immediate game freeze with just built city on screen and then crash after 3 seconds. User ID 1531600143.

Hello - my User ID: 1551189674 - please remove the special event from my game. I removed the game from my iPhone and now cannot even log in. I keep receiving “wrong email and password combination”. Meanwhile I am logged in on my iPad and the game won’t open at all. Someone please help me out here. It’s getting very frustrating.

I haven't been able to play for a week straight. The game will load, get me in, and as soon as I see my town the app crashes. I have almost all the rewards done but I can't complete it. I've restarted the app and my phone and it's still crashing. Please help i love halloween and I love this game been playing for years. I am connected to Facebook and I don't know how to find my ID.
