Have been unable to open game on Ipad or Iphone. It just spins and stops. When will this be resolved? Going on for at least 5 days.

PLEASE HELP...my Pet Rescue Saga game has NOT been functioning properly for nearly a week now and it won't even completely "open" all the way using my Chromebook or my android phones with android version 7.1.1 or android version 10; Does anyone know if there is there going to be an up-dated & repair version coming soon for this?

My Chromebook is up to date with Version 106.0.5249.112 (Official Build) (64-bit); and in regard to my android phones one is android version 7.1.1 and the other is android version 10

Hmm….. I don’t know much about Android devices because I’m an iPhone user, but I suggest double checking your game and device is fully up-to-date, and restarting your device. Let me know if this helps! 👍

The crash issue for Petopia has been going for over a week for me. I *think* I know the cause of the crash, as it didn't happen until after a weird hat choice popped up. No, I did not tap Wear on it, as I know from experience such a thing can corrupt data.
If no fix can come soon, would it be possible for any rewards from the last Trick-or-Treaters raid be collected and then Petopia removed? Would prefer not to lose potential rewards but better than not playing at all.
