Hi @44dollydimples welcome to our sweet and helpful community.
Please search your store for an update. The last update was unfortunately buggy. I too was sent back to episode 208. It's not up to you or your device.
I did today's update and am now back to my current episode. This is 213. Unfortunately, there are no new levels with me although I have already seen in others that there are more episodes.
Tomorrow I will fix my device's default:
- Clear cache
- unsubscribe from the game
- Turn off the device and wait a few minutes
- Turn device back on
- Open game and log in again
Β try again and hope to see the new episodes.Β

Check for any new updates for the game. Hopefully you have one just like @DieOmimi had a update. If not youβll have to be patient and keep checking for new updates. π

Do you usually play connected to Facebook, or to a King account? Have you tried to log back in?

@Lola_Pop is correct. Did you log back in Facebook or have you created a King account through your game. Try these steps and let us know if this helps. You might have to contact support. Hereβs a link for that if you need it.
You will need a detailed description and your game ID. Hereβs where you will find your ID and where you can save your progress.

Hi
just installed the latest update and seem to have lost a few sets and gone back in progress. Before I downloaded the new update I am sure I was on set 202 or higher. Now I have gone back to set 198 level ending 3019. With no more sets available. Has the update caused a loss of levels and data

Try logging out and back in to the game to see if this resolves your issue. If not you will need to contact customer support to get your levels manually reset
Will also tag game moderator @teresawallace44 in cqse she knows of any issues with this update
