Game won't open.
I am truly amazed that with all "KINGS" games, they have not found a fix for Solitaire Saga. How disappointing. I had it on my Iphone and when it stopped working I was well past level 2400. I then uploaded it on my surface tablet. I had to start all over, which was a bummer, but I did it anyway, I got past 1200 and ten it stopped opening up there also. So now I have 2 devices it won't work on. I won't upload it o another device. I expect that KING should have a better group of programmers working on app, but obviously with all these complaints they don't. Sounds like you need to hire new or better developers. I understand that there are some young kids that are probably pretty awesome and could do as good if not a better job. Might be worth creating a contest and finding one. Until then, I lost interest until you can get it fixed. I'm not going to start all over for a third time and lose all my boosters and gold bars are worked so hard to earn.

@karenlj62 Hi and welcome, i know there have been a few issues around the game not opening ,but i play on iphone and have no problems with this game opening. Have you made sure your device and game are both up to date and restarted your device to see if this solves your problem
Also if you have any problems with getting your levels restored in the future please see post below on help with getting your levels restored

Firstly very sorry about this situation but i am surprised that you didn't consult our player support directly as they would have told you that you will not lose your progress in any case. Ok now forget the past . Tell me have you saved your game through either King account or facebook if yes then one thing is of sure that you will not lose your progress and goldbars even if you reinstall the game.
Boosters on the other hand will be lost. Although it is also suggested by many that if you take a backup through itunes then they are also recoverable. So 1st you try to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.
If you still dont get it please feedback us and we will see what we can do further to help you out.

Hi (again) I can’t find my question from earlier and the answers I got (thanks) anywhere, so I’m writing again. Since yesterday my game won’t open. Playing on my iPad, have a good internet connection and got the last updates. Not getting any error message and can’t make a screen shot ( Tried) because I get only the screen with “King making the world playful” 😉 for few seconds and then it’s gone, there for login to save my progress is also not possible. I cleared my cache, but nothing helps. I’m on level 2455 and have a lot of busters.I have read all comments but nothing seems to work. would be a shame to lose it if deleted.
on my telephone (android) I can open the game, I’m on level 2272 not synchronized with iPad .
on my iPad I was not connected with Facebook for sometime because this way I could get more help from “non friends”, on my telephone I am, that’s probably the reason they are not synchronized.
is there something I can still do?
