Completed a level multiple times still fail

I'm on level 5427 and have completed it multiple times, however the progress never goes past the first star so I keep failing. Please fix this, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Hi @cathark warm welcome to our community in the forum of Pyramid Solitaire Saga.

I repeated your level 5427 in episode 359 and get a star for this level. If you get at least one star, you can move on to the next level.

The level is a hard level and requires a minimum score of 24,000 points. After collecting the last gold card, I received 28.200 points and thus received one star.

When I call up the level, I always use the power of reasoning.

What power do you use? I would like to know if another power might count the points differently.

Can you please show me screenshots from your game before you collect the last gold card? I'd love to see the score and what power you're using. Thanks.

Some levels can be tough to tackle and after all your hard work, the last thing you want is to have to do it all over again! But don't worry, this can easily be avoided.

Please note that the game only recognizes the completion of a level at the very end of the achievement. You should see a final confirmation message to recognize you've completed the level, allow it to pop up so the software can register its completion.  

This also ensures that our server (which stores your player progression) can see it too. Then, you can play on another device, a new handset or you can uninstall and reinstall the game, and you'll never have to play the same level twice!

If, for any reason, you switch applications or close the game before the completion confirmation is shown, your progress may not be saved. Remember you must allow the completion message to show to avoid losing progress.

When in doubt, go back to the map screen or open the next level to make sure your hard work has been recognized and logged. No more painful deja vu!

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

You want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
