If you do not have a gold card at this point, please check the version you are playing with. I played on Android and installed app version 1.130.
On which platform do you play and with which app version?

I am using 1.130 version on an IPad.

Thank you for your answer @Ann3014. I also have version 1.130 but use Android. Apparently, there are differences on our platforms. Maybe you have some screenshots from this level. When I create a report for the studio, I would like to provide proof. As you can see in the other thread, everything is fine with me under Android. I don't have an iPad, so I can't recreate it there. Screenshots of you would be very helpful.

It's not you- there’s a problem with our levels 920 and 1620, and they cannot be passed at the moment.
Sometimes things can break or not work in the Kingdom- but don’t worry, we’re on it! We’ll do everything we can to fix the issue quickly.
For now, please go into your game's Help Center (the button that says Customer Care) and contact our Player Support team from there 😊

Hi! I'm stuck at level 1620. Apparently I have to pick up four golden cards, but only three appear. I tried several alternatives but I can't pass it.
Am I missing something?
