Why can’t I move to new level and I’m having trouble connecting to FB

Game locked up
Game locked up, I had to reinstall and all my progress was lost. If I can't be put back to my level, I'm done.

Grayed out levels and worlds
After having to reinstall I noticed some levels and worlds are grayed out that I’ve already completed and have to do them again and wondering why that was?
Lost all boosters, why?
I chanced my mobile and syncronizes my account to my new mobile. I was at the same level I've got before but all my boosters had dissappeared. Can I get the back somehow? Same thing happened to my other hame, Pyramidi solitaire Saga.
