Game freezes
My game keeps freezing and booting me out the game. As soon as I wine or use gold bars it boots me. I’m upset because I keep loosing coins.

I'm on level 2581..I send out help twice a day..to all on my list. Today that stops unless I get help back. I'm tired of the bs..let's see how you feel when you don't get no help..it's been thre days and only 2 ppl have sent me help...that's bs

Game dropping / no more mail
Level 3322 here. Last few days I noticed my game would drop whenever I tried to access my mail for extra lives. So I deleted and reloaded the game per tech support. Now it no longer drops because I no longer have a mailbox. I am still prompted to send lives to other players. Why am I no longer able to receive them?
