Hi @EFSTRATIA1, Sometimes features will be enabled or disabled due to different changes in the game. I'm not sure if what you are speaking of is an issue, or if this feature simply is not available in your game at this time. Would you be able to explain the issue a bit more and I can see if I can help 😊

Hi @Klárika71, I'm sorry you experienced this issue, thanks to the information you and @DieOmimi provided I've been able to reset the progress in your account to the levels you shared. Please restart the games, and you should see the levels now being at level 259 in Candy Crush Friends and level 3000 in Candy Crush Saga.…

Hi again @christinewupp! We're absolutely investigating ways to improve the search function, this is a really good problem for us to have - as the search bar has the same functionality as before (nothing has been edited with the new layout) but now we see players taking advantage of it!
