I follow tips from this community but it’s not working

I sent email to customer care instead they tell me to sign up n join the community. I really hope that this company or community can help.

First problem I lost all my friend in candy crush then I follow tips from this community to log out, restart the app, restart the phone and reinstall log in again. But I still lost my friend + I lost all my booster n tools that I have before, the only thing remain is level and gold bar.

FYI my phone iphone 13 Pro Max, software updated iOs 16.0, candy crush app updated to the last version as well.

I really hope that this company or community can help. Thankyou

    How about you have clicked on "friends list" on King Games's Facebook Notification? (if you haven't clicked it yet) 🤔

    You can also click here to read my answer to follow these steps of add more friends that I hope you can send and receive lives with friends on any King's Game. 😊

    Also very sorry to hear about all of inventory boosters, tools and lives! You can also check to read here (Lost boosters on your mobile? Oh no! Let’s see if we can solve it!) that I hope you can understand to read them.

    ⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your inventory boosters, tools and lives! ⚠️

    1. The inventory boosters, tools and lives also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

    2. The inventory boosters, tools and lives are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

    It’s best not to store too many Boosters, Tools and Lives on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

    They do not replace items and help you to return your boosters, tools and lives back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
