    MOST RECENT UPDATE AS PROMISED

    Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.

    Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.

    We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.

    PLEASE NOTE If you are playing BW2 you need to no longer be using Facebook and you can only play on a mobile device

    However we are also aware of none Facebook related issues in both BW2 and BW3 like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.

    We know its not the update you wanted to here and we are sorry for this and once again we thank you for your patience 👍

    So I can’t play on my my iPhone not iPad and I can’t log into Facebook?~Does this mean I lose my progress and start at level 1?

    Oh! No! Have you still cannot connect to Facebook on any King's Game? 😢

    Don't worry about this problem! 

    Please select your device that you are playing on any King's Game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.)

    If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

    Hi @ShawnHaggerty No it doesn't mean that as long as you know your game was saved if you drop levels you just play 1 level then close the game and turn your device off and on you will then be back to your level 👍🙂

    So yesterday there was a fix of BW2. Not really. Now the usual choices of options available on the game screen are not there.


    Hopefully a mother fix will happen soon.

    So I am on level 2016 through Facebook login...When I log out of Facebook, log into king and play the the level (5) I am on there, log out of king and close all apps, turn off my iPad, turn it back on and sign into king and open game I am still on level 5.............Is there a step I am missing ... ????

    Hi @ShawnHaggerty if that is the case it means you havnt saved your game as that process works for everyone who has saved their game 🤔

    Can you send me your game ID you can find this by selecting profile then the king icon at the top.

    I will see if there is anything that can be done manually. There might not be so lets just see 👍🙂

    12073629181 is user ID ....SO do I save my game on sign in through Facebook and then sign out of Facebook and into king and if so how do I save the game?€

    Level 1

    I realize there is currently a bug in Bubble Witch 2 and we are not able to receive our extra lives. However, now all of my “boosters” have disappeared. They are not showing at all—they are all just GONE. The blue space on the right of the screen where the boosters should be is completely blank. I have rebooted my iPad 3 times. Nothing has changed. I am not connected to FB (never have been). Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks 😊
