It’s Pet Rescue and the YouTube videos I have found for this level are not the same as the current level. Please advise if I am missing something. Thank you.

Hi there,
Here's the latest video, which was created 3 months ago by our Pet Rescue Mod @Lynette
This level requires you to collect the purple and green blocks. Once the glass box (sorry if I got the term wrong) hits the ground, the color pop balloon underneath it will burst and remove on-screen blocks of the same color, in this case red.
If you still have any question relating to this level, our Pet Rescue expert will give you additional insight. Hope the video is clear enough to help you pass the level.

Thank you for the video. In the video it is allowing the player to continue after the bottom level is cleared and the diamonds drop. When I do it and it’s been every time, once the bottom level is cleared it immediately says I haven’t collected the items and ends the game. I never have a chance to collect squares like the player does in the video.

You're welcome.
Keep trying and you can pass. Just keep your eyes on the number of moves and the count counter of the green and purple blocks. I think this level is not difficult. Just focus on removing the required color blocks and try to get the color pop balloon to remove the red blocks so the line blaster can be activated. Use the line blaster to clear the row of green/purple blocks.

Sometimes there just are no moves in the level and you do need to start again, but this can also happen if your game needs an update.
Go to your app store and look up Pet Rescue Saga, see if there is an 'update' button.
Please let me know if this helps.
