I play blossom blast nearly everyday. Why don't I receive any rewards to claim when playing?
Twice now the game has frozen up immediately after I purchased gold bars to use to get more picks. I have had to refresh the game and I lost 12 gold bars and a shovel the first time and 9 gold bars the second time. I really like this game but I am fed up with the game freezing and losing my gold bars!!!!

i have wild cards at the bottom of my screen but there is also a message saying wild cards cannot be used at this level. How do I get to a level where I can use them?
