Ditto law2020!!!! I have gone several rounds with IT as well about this issue. 3 different techs have ultimately said they have done all they can do.......so guess that means too bad so sad for the customer, and the community. I have tried everything they have suggested numerous times and it doesn't work. I have Firefox browser, that is updated constantly, so I tried Opera, it didn't work either so I uninstalled it! They seem to think it is computer/internet speed, or a browser that isn't updated or clearing the cache. But alas!! Nothing they say works. It is the game because it won't open at all on King.com and I have told them that 3 times as well. My final point is this is the only King game that won't work!! The others do so it has to be the game not the numerous users that can't get it to load.

Hi Diamond Lim - Kiwidot here my ID is 3145720934 My complaint is the same as all the other Blossom Blast Saga, won't load after 53% at present. But I can get onto the Community in a flash. Been playing for a while up in 740's so can anyone recommend another game that loads??
Same here. I use MacBook, Firefox,have tried everything support techs have told me to do....numerous times!!!
Sometimes it will work to repeatedly clear the cache. I have contacted, several emails, to support, they all say the same thing and if what they instruct doesn't work, they can't do anything about it. With so many users having the same issues, it is obviously the game but no one at support can or will do anything about it. Sadly!! It is a great game, too bad they have such a weak support team.
