As of last week, 11/3/21, Blossom Blast format has been changed to be mostly compatible with Smart Phones, tablets,iPads, etc. New look, fonts,etc. They have actually been re-inventing Blossom Blast to those formats, thus all the problems of loading/playing on a PC or laptop.
It hadn't worked for me for months on FB or King.com, but now it is working on both!! I play mostly on FB using a MacBook/laptop, Firefox, ATT Internet, everything updated and fastest available. I have been able to play consistently for a week on both sites. If you still cannot play with this new format, I suggest you contact Support because this new format may have different instructions to follow to get it to work on your device.
