What can I do to correct this and get all the points I earned this is on candy crush soda.

My points for striped candies are not being added to the total points
This happens in Candy crush soda. I have tried turning game off/on and device off/on. I will be going down in a division. Hopefully, this will be fixed.

I can't build on my house anymore it's been saying coming soon for about 6 months Help
I do not know what is going on with my house area. It will not let me build anymore. It keeps saying coming soon. It has been like this for about 6 months. All my friends have been able to build. I have sent an e-mail about this about 8 weeks ago with no response. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Everyday i play this game and i dont get the daily reward.
I play faithfully everyay and never get more than the 1 day reward. It don' calculate that I'm on there everyday. It' not fair.

Vine areas cant be upgraded
For months anytime I try to upgrade areas on my vine, I get a message saying "its time to relax while new amazing areas are coming" None of my vine rooms are upgraded, I have tens of thousands of fairy dust banked. Why can't I upgrade anything??

Challenge progress
Candy Crush Jelly Saga’s challenge won’t let me play level 3 (in any challenge after I’ve passed the regular levels). Right now I needed to get Monklins to move to level 3 and I have 2/2 Monklins and am not able to access Level 3 of the Jelly Crush Challenge (not the regular levels).
