Pease can someone help me.

I have been playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 for a long time without any problems until about 2 weeks ago I noticed a new Pop Up in the main game namely "An Envelope will appear every time your friends need help". I click on this Pop Up and also the small envelope with the pointing hand but nothing happens, it wont let me past this Pop Up and hence I cannot play this game. I can play the  secondary games i.e Stella's Lab and others but when I go from these secondary games to the main game the dreaded Pop Up appears and I am stuck.

Can anybody recommend how to fix this ?

    Restart ur device n update to latest version...

    can screenshot the envelope if the problem persist

    @Mexcondoboy hi I play bubble witch 3 can you follow stans trouble shooting first then if still need be send a couple of screen shots as I have not yet seen the envelope to send lives only the bird. Even if corrects itself I would appreciate some screen shots. 👍🌞

    My Bubble Witch 3 version is 6.10.3 which I believe is the latest version.

    I have turned my Android phone on and off and restarted it many times BUT the problem still persists.

    Attached is a screen shot of what appears, when I click the large pop up it beeps but nothing happens.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi yes 6.10.3 is the latest version I will raise it and see if I can get you further help 👍🙂
