Game is crashing after the latest update on Android and Kindle! (This is fixed)!

Hello all! Having the same problem. I'm afraid I'll lose all of my progress if I reinstall because I can't remember the last time I saved it. Lol. Any suggestions? The rest of my King games are fine.

Yes there is a problem that they are working on. I hope none of us loses ourprogress. I'm working on closing out on 3 medals I have left to finish.

I tried to load it on my computer via Facebook today too but was unsuccessful. The game froze half way through.

Gaming app version 6.24 Kindle Fire HD 7. Hope you can get it fixed soon. I was in 1st place in a competition. I miss my evening pleasure.

I play On kindle fire 7 and have the same problem it loads the Orange page then kicks you off

Issue with Bubble Witch Saga 3- Does not open. See screen prompt of King with yellow background and then does not load and aborts. Issue started immediately after update on July 6, 2020.

Device: Kindle Fire HD 8 th generation

Fire os 6.3.1.5(up to date)

Memory over 16 GB free

Tried common suggestions. Force quit Bubble Witch Sage 3, hard restart on Kindle device.

Spent numerous hours looking through web resources.

My wife uses every night. Now she can't. This is not a good thing for her or me. It would be great to have better/quicker access to information about issues like this one. The end user is left searching around. Once one does find a place you have to create an account to give feedback on a product that does not work. These pieces of software are big money makers. I realize that this is just a game but for some people it is very important. This is something she looks forward to every night. Please fix. Thanks
