Helllllp! My game has stopped working on my Kindle 5th Generation after the update. I’m over the 2000 level and hoping the issue can be fixed! I’ve restarted my device, cleared the cache and it still doesn’t work😭

I just received an email from King support that says they're working on it and looks as if they realize it's a big issue for players. Hopefully that means it'll be up soon!
I'm also having the same problem as everyone else. Kindle fire hd 8. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I miss playing 😢
I'm using a kindle Fire7 tablet, have played this game for a couple of years, no problems! BUT since yesterday, cannot get into game. Was online to Amazon Support today for over 90 minutes and couldn't sort he problem out. Uninstalled, reinstalled, game. Cleared cache and data, as instructed; plenty of free internal/external memory.
So is it A PROBLEM WITH THE GAME, rather than with MY DEVICE? Any info, update appreciated. Thanks :-)

Relief to know others having identical problem with BW3 game! Also having "withdrawal symptoms" as it helps keep the old grey cells working! Let's hope it's sorted SOON :-)
