The connection problem has been going for months. No other game has the problem on my PC. "Check my Internet, Restart PC, Log Out & Log In" are all non-answers. Been tried. It's a programming problem with Bubble Witch 3. Unless someone has an answer to my question, which was "has there been any progress" on getting the issue fixed, please do not bother me with your non-answers. Thank you.

In the mean time can you send what device you use and through which method do you play. Also your game ID you can find this by selecting profile then double tap on the word king at the top.
