So the uninstall/install suggestion didn't work for me. Still cannot connect and all my progress has gone because I can't connect to log in ๐ข
Hi @Pixie26 what device are you on? Are you logging in thru FB or King?
Hi @johamilton I am using an android mobile phone to connect and my account login is for King. However, I can't log in to the account because of the lack of connection. The game worked fine on my phone for years until a couple of weeks ago so I am not sure what is causing the problem. Any advice would be appreciated ๐
HI @Pixie26 , thank you for getting back with me. Just to let you know we are aware of this problem and is working on it and we do not have a fix date as of yet. But for some other suggestions, I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but to play the games you do have have a minimum of 2gig of memory free at all times to connect to king games. So please check that. I know you cannot log in right now, but when you reinstalled the game did it give you an option to change your password. Sometimes that helps. .
