Play-button on BW3 is not responding.
Hi, I play BW3 on the laptop windows 10, via FB.
The game loades (King picture), then comes the page with the play-button.
The page is not really freezing, because the sparkles do sparkle, but when I click the play button, I can see it pushed in and out, but further no reaction at all.
Can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear that we are experiencing issues that are a Facebook problem they are currently changing their platform and it disturbing a lot of functions our team is continuing to try and get Facebook to complete this as soon as possible.
But in case you might just be experiencing a bug then log out of your game and turn your device off and on hopefully this will reset it. If not unfortunately we just have to be patient.
We have asked again for an update and as soon as we get one we will let our players know 👍

A tip for you if you want to tag a specific person, type @ then start typing the name, select the name from drop down and it will then turn black. They then will be notified.

Hi @romick, In case the information that our wonderful @PrettyBubbles does not work, here is what I did and it did work. Very simple, I logged out of FB (which is having so many problems lately) account on the game and signed with my King account. You might have to turn your phone off then back on for it to reset itself. 💮

MOST RECENT UPDATE AS PROMISED
Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.
Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.
PLEASE NOTE If you are playing BW2 you need to no longer be using Facebook and you can only play on a mobile device
However we are also aware of none Facebook related issues in both BW2 and BW3 like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.
We know its not the update you wanted to here and we are sorry for this and once again we thank you for your patience 👍
