Game Sounds and Hats

My sound (not music) keeps going off if I interrupt it in anyway (like answering a text or leaving the game for any reason). I have to force close and reopen. Also, hats keep reverting back one. I am a daily player. Several times a day.

My game and iOS is up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hi @idaslapttya Yes there can be irregular times for some reason that your sound can cut off when its interrupted that's why I chose to always have my sound off.

With your hat it works by the power bar you see at the bottom left of your screen as you play the power goes down so if you dont collect the 1st or second hat in time you have to start at hat one again

This will also happen without you knowing if the hat is offered high up the game and you haven't been able to get there. To get all 3 hats is not easy unless you continually play and can progress up in the levels
